Your questionnaire answers are used for one purpose: so a physician can review your responses and decide whether pursuing treatment appears worthwhile for you. Your contact details are used so our team can be in touch about next steps.

Your responses are health information. They are held in the clinic's private internal systems, are not publicly accessible, and cannot be reached from a public web address. Access is restricted to clinical staff and the reviewing physician.

We never share your health condition, symptom details, or screening answers with advertising, analytics, or social platforms. We never build advertising audiences from condition information. Conversion measurement uses only an anonymous identifier that carries no health information.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Use the chat on this site or reply to any message from our team, and we will action the request.
